Today I am sufferinga bit of a candy hangover caused entirely by consuming massive quantities of Halloween candy. I’m generally pretty good at limiting my candy intake, but this week I happen to be expecting a certain unpleasant visitor, and that just trumps any willpower I may have over chocolate. My blood sugar levels are off the charts and there’s enough caffeine pumping through my veins to power a submarine.
I’m going to bed now. Tomorrow, I gotta go get some apples. Maybe some broccoli. And spinach.
