Surprise! I started a new project. 🙂
I bought a book on entrelac a few months ago and finally dug out some yarn to use. I’ve got six skeins of acrylic that I received in a stash swap last year, and the colors go together well so they are going to become a (somewhat nontraditional) baby blanket as I learn this technique. I’m only on the third “row” but it is neat to watch the blocks take shape.

About wonkydonkey

You want random? You got it. Mostly knitting and gardening, with some home improvements, pets, baking, family, and the occasional bad joke thrown in for good measure. This blog is mine; it is a place where I can insist upon proper grammar or break my own rules and degrade into slang on a whim. Either way, it's still mine. I love the Internet.

Wow, that’s a really dark picture… I guess that is what happens when you are knitting with just a bedside lamp on (because you are in bed, in case you missed the leg-shaped shadows behind the knitting), while watching Dr. Who episodes via Netflix on your iPhone far past bedtime on a work night and decide to take a picture with said iPhone. Next progress photo will be better lit, I promise. 🙂
