Project #5 from my “12 for ’12” bag is an Annis shawl, made with Madeleine Tosh Merino Light. I finally got the hang of the pattern and am making good progress – though it is difficult to gauge that when it’s scrunched up on a needle. I am replacing the nupps with beads, but am otherwise just knitting it per the pattern. The yarn is absolutely scrumptious and I can’t believe I waited so long to get my hands on some.

About wonkydonkey

You want random? You got it. Mostly knitting and gardening, with some home improvements, pets, baking, family, and the occasional bad joke thrown in for good measure. This blog is mine; it is a place where I can insist upon proper grammar or break my own rules and degrade into slang on a whim. Either way, it's still mine. I love the Internet.
