No new projects to share, just been working on the pink scarf and the ripple afghan. Progress photos at this point aren’t very exciting, I’m afraid, and there won’t be much progress to speak of for a couple of days anyway. We’re having guests tomorrow so I’ll be doing housework, grocery shopping, and some cooking, which means limited knitting time. The guest of honor is totally worth it though. 😉
How about the weather in Seattle today!?! Good grief, it’s been crazy. Rain, sleet, hail, snow, gale force winds… For about fifteen minutes this afternoon the wind and hail were so fierce that the seagulls were grounded, hunkered down in the park waiting for it to let up. My daughter is trying to sell Girl Scout cookies today in this awful weather – if you are out and about this week and see any girls selling cookies, please buy a couple of boxes. The Girl Scout (and her parent) will really appreciate it; they all work really hard and it can be discouraging when it’s cold and rainy (or snowing).
Trust me, I’m doing my part to get through the Girl Scout Cookie supply. 🙂
