Rolling in tosh

madelinetosh light, to be exact. Today I picked up a second skein of the green “lowlands”, because one is not enough for the pattern I’m making —- Rockefeller, a mystery shawl KAL going on over on Ravelry. It calls for 410 yards of Color A and 460 or so of Color B, and the tosh light has 420 yards. What, oh what will I ever do with leftover scrumptiously soft and wonderfully green madelinetosh yarn?? 😉 I think I’ll come up with something…
In the meantime, the first clue came out today and I can’t wait to skein up my yarn and cast on. I have a nice, long car ride ahead of me tomorrow which equals perfect knitting time.

In gardening news, I grew radishes that look like eyeballs! More so if you look at them from the top where I cut the greens off, but still pretty funny.

About wonkydonkey

You want random? You got it. Mostly knitting and gardening, with some home improvements, pets, baking, family, and the occasional bad joke thrown in for good measure. This blog is mine; it is a place where I can insist upon proper grammar or break my own rules and degrade into slang on a whim. Either way, it's still mine. I love the Internet.
