I’m working on a cotton market bag; it’s nearly done, and one of two I have planned for the very near future.

And yesterday on the train home I saw this adorable hat! I was too far away to ask her if she’d made it, but I snuck a picture so I can do some recon on a pattern. It totally looks like something I could knit.

It might be difficult to tell in this pic, but it is a double-thick hat with sections on the outer layer made like a pine cone, so that they curl outwards a little. Cute!

About wonkydonkey

You want random? You got it. Mostly knitting and gardening, with some home improvements, pets, baking, family, and the occasional bad joke thrown in for good measure. This blog is mine; it is a place where I can insist upon proper grammar or break my own rules and degrade into slang on a whim. Either way, it's still mine. I love the Internet.
