Cowl update and new socks
I’ve got just an inch or so left to knit on the Juliet Poe cowl, so I left it at home this morning because I didn’t want to risk running out of knitting on my commute. The color changes are … Continue reading
Hooky Sunday
A couple weeks ago I popped into my LYS to buy a replacement circular needle. Mine was separating, and I was still finishing the blue socks, so it was a necessary purchase. What was not necessary was the three-pack of … Continue reading

Colorwork – real and cheater
I jumped right into another pair of socks when I finished the striped ones. This is really old Berroco Sox yarn from the stash, in plain stockinette, on US 1s with 72 stitches around. I couldn’t find a good color … Continue reading
Spun
Saturday’s spinning project is done and dry; approximately 169 yards of heavy worsted. My Navajo ply skills aren’t fantastic so it’s not the smoothest, but still very usable yarn. Should be enough for a simple hat.
Those socks
Figured I’d better post a finished picture of my striped socks. I love them! Used the Fish Lips Kiss Heel.
