In a moment of weakness

Today I went to an Excel webinar over my lunch hour, and on my way back I felt the siren call of my LYS, which was in my path back to the office. Ah, So Much Yarn — I have avoided you for months, and today you won. I’ve been so good, so very good at not buying yarn. I should have kept walking, but I was weak. I went in to fondle some yarn, see what was new, and reassure myself that there was nothing in there that I couldn’t live without.

I walked out with this:

The yarn is flat-out gorgeous, but what sold it was the Duets Cowl pattern it came with, and the sample that was knit up to lure me in and show me how scrumptious this would be, and in my favorite jewel-tone colors no less.

How could I not buy it?? I am only human, after all.

It’s OK, it’s not your fault. How can anyone resist such temptation!!!

You did well to come out with just one skein if your LYS has more such lovelies!
