Socks & baseball

Tuesday night was a Stitch ‘n Pitch and the Ondine shawl is too large for stadium knitting, so I cast on a pair of simple socks. As it was, I had a difficult time keeping track of the toe increases and they are not exactly symmetrical… But they are just socks and not obviously wonky.

The game wasn’t very good; our team wasn’t hitting very well, but my Girl and I had fun anyway.

About wonkydonkey

You want random? You got it. Mostly knitting and gardening, with some home improvements, pets, baking, family, and the occasional bad joke thrown in for good measure. This blog is mine; it is a place where I can insist upon proper grammar or break my own rules and degrade into slang on a whim. Either way, it's still mine. I love the Internet.

  1. Eh, socks are socks, and as long as you end up with roughly the right number of stitches, you’re good to go!
