New normal

This is pretty much what my lunches look like lately – meat, cheese, and fruit or veggies. Today it’s turkey, cheddar, and a tomato / mozzarella / basil salad with a drizzle of olive oil. 

I’ll have a handful of almonds in a couple hours. It’s not very exciting, but it’s easy, nutritious, and filling; plus, I’m down 5 pounds in 2 weeks!
