With the handspun

I have no idea what the fiber is, or when I spun it, but I wanted to make a Shawl Collared Cowl and it seemed like a good choice. The interesting thing about knitting with your own handspun is you get to see its unique characteristics come out. There’s a rustic tone to the stockinette stitches, but in the garter section it’s just cozy squishiness.

About wonkydonkey

You want random? You got it. Mostly knitting and gardening, with some home improvements, pets, baking, family, and the occasional bad joke thrown in for good measure. This blog is mine; it is a place where I can insist upon proper grammar or break my own rules and degrade into slang on a whim. Either way, it's still mine. I love the Internet.
