Camp knitting

On our drive to the hiking trail, I cast on a new sock. I stuffed it into my pack, and knit a few rounds on Saturday as well while we waited for the rain to let up. It’s going to be a fraternal pair, because I didn’t pay attention to my starting point and the color repeats are kind of long. I didn’t get the skein caked up and it’s not conducive to knitting from both ends, so I’m knitting solo socks. Nothing fancy, just everyday socks for next winter.
